PROPELLER THRUST TEST BENCH
This test bench was developed expressly for this engine. Through a charge cell with digital visualizer together with a digital revolution indicator we can measure the thrust at every rpm. In this way we are able to test the propellers to achieve the best thrust and the most performing propeller.
FINAL TEST BENCH
At the end of assembly line, the engine is always tested on the test bench at the fly conditions with the propeller fitted: we calibrate the carburation and after a running-in cycle we measure the maximum thrust value provided by the propeller. The thrust value must respect a short tolerance range to pass the final inspection and it must be able to grant a high performance constancy between all the engines produced
ROLLER TEST BENCH
THOR is an engine that has been tested for a long time on this specific test bench in order to find the longest torque arc to make it able to fly at every rpm rate and with the best and constant performance.

ENGINE FOR PARAGLIDING
The unceasing research, the constant development, together with the experience acquired during the races, set up THOR, the new 2 stroke paramotor engine proper for the paragliding usage. The project was born from the studies and the planning skills of the R&D’s technicians who were able to find out the possibility to manufacture a compact and light 2 stroke engine. Afterwards the developments and the perfect set up were possible thanks to the testing technologies and to the test benches available at Polini together with the know-how acquired during many years of experience in the races world.
HIGH PERFORMANCE AND PURE TECHNOLOGY
Polini Thor engine features advanced technical solutions. It was projected to achieve the best weight-power ratio but, at the same time, to optimize the thermal and moving parts functions. The cooling system was studied with great care and Polini opted for the forced air. The transmission group includes the clutch in oil bath with maximum stability.
Gracias a una gran demanda en este sentido, hemos añadido a nuestra gama de motores ligeros de 100cc, un nuevo paramotor, que será el "hermano" del Snake, el Venom con Polini Thor100. El Venom acopla las novedades de 2010 del Snake (ligeras modificaciones del chassis, nuevo depósito aerodinámico), al motor lanzado recientemente por el gran fabricante italiano de motore Polini.
El conjunto es extremadamente agradable a la vista, gracias al acabado de nuestros chassis y del motor en sí, que efectivamente rinde honor al buen nombre de la fábrica que lo produce. Se trata de un paramotor ligero, robusto y duradero, gracias a nuestro chassis de acero inoxidable desmontable en 4 partes. Una elección sabia para quienes buscan un paramotor sencillo, fiable, y seguro. El Venom les brindará horas y horas de disfrute en el aire, y mantendrá un elevado valor de reventa en el tiempo.
Este paramotor brindará al usuario un vuelo alegre, progresivo, con un consumo moderado y una potencia que permite el vuelo sin probelmas a pilotos de hast 90 kilos y velas Reflex.
El Venom va equipado de nuestra confortable silla de anclaje bajo, un depósito aerodinamico de 12 litros, y nuestros brazos mecanizados en 7075T6. La novedosa colocación del arranque manual permite un facil arranque con el paramotor a la espalda y en vuelo.
Se entrega con bipala de madera y opcionalmente con hélice de carbono Helix. También disponemos de una versión adaptada de nuestra robusta bolsa de transporte para la cuna central, además de las fundas de hélice o aros que se entregan de serie.
El nuevo chassis del Venom (así como el Snake), permite instalar un Parachutter debajo del depósito, como característica estándar.
